Review:
Theres no doubt about it: Meryl Streep will be nominated for an Oscar for his 17 her portrayal of Britain's most controversial Prime Minister, Margaret Thatcher, this otherwise underwhelming biopic. Streep is mesmerizing as usual, but a way of telling a busy screenwriter Abi Morgan and director Phyllida Lloyd? Occasional flashbacks during long sections after the elderly and mentally frail Maggie? is a huge misfire. The scenes that tell your way from young adulthood through local politics, but then 11 years of turbulent leadership are interesting, but they are far and few in between really catch. Of course, check with the list as it is glorious moments, but more in-depth look at how the country is run wouldve been nice.
