Review:
So what we are all, as soon as they heard John Moore went to another Die Hard movie? Find your movies and see titles such as Omen remake and Max Payne. And now, unfortunately, the Good Day to Die Hard join Moores list of bad films, because it is really BAD.As much as I wanted to like this movie, I just could not, as a die hard fan (no pun intended). First, lets look at selling point. Promised one thing and that's on a larger scale than the last film. You see, the first Die Hard was held in the square. The second took place at the airport. The third was in New York, and was fourth in the nation over the United States. So logically, Die Hard 5 will be international. Ironically, Good Day to Die Hard film feels like the smallest of the five. Why? For all the film feels forced action persecution. I say forced action, because everything is so over-the-top to the point where there is an increase of tension, but an endless hell from start to finish. No emotional investment, not excitement. Everything just looks great and does not feel anything in that size. Moreover, unlike previous Die Hard movies, never the terrorist threat in this film is done. All of these are simply fighting to avoid the threat. I would also argue that the shorter the period of deceleration is a sign of laziness factor why the film is so insignificant.My Another big problem is that the film is repeated, EC and boring. One-liners Arent smart (by the way, was not YIPPEE Ki Yay, mother **** er served EDIT:. Several people claimed to have heard him, and port). Jokes Arent fun. Poor family relations history is still very tired, especially when Die Hard 4 mainly focused on the father-daughter relationship. By the way, the new McClane is really unlikable. Unlike Lucy McClane, who has just spent like brat, Jack is introduced McClane pulls a gun on his father. Why sometimes as a child, especially when you begin to know and love Bruce Willis character for four films? Im dying to talk about the history here, but say really stupid ending.In attempt to complete the review in a more positive note, Id like to say that the film does have some oh sh * t moments that can be fun to watch. However, Id stay clear of this one (if you are a fan of Die Hard).
